Outlook 2010 to create a signature with pictures or logos



  E-mail signature consists of text and / or picture formthey are automatically added to the end of outgoing e-mail. Different types of audiences for custom signatures. For example,mail sent to friends and family using your namee-mail contacts for business use to sendyour full name and email address. You can also add a signature to use the boilerplate text, such as how you want others to reply to a message description. Each e-mail account can have a different signature.

By defaultwhen using the "Advanced Edit" option, the signature will contain a copy of all the pictures.
Create a signature with pictures or logos

When sending signatures with pictures or logos, you must use Microsoft Office Word 2010 as your email editor.

In the main outlook 2010  window, the "Tools" menu, click "Options"then click the "Mail Format" tab.

In the "Mail Format" under the "Compose in this message formatlist, click the hope andmessage format used with the signature.
In the "signature", click the "signature"then click "New."

In the "Enter the name of the new signaturebox, type a name.

In the "Select create your signature," select the desired option.

Click "Next."

Click the "Advanced Edit."

When the dialog box appearswarning you not to open an editor part of Microsoft Office Outlookclick "Yes."

Design your signature. When ready to insert a picture or logo, in the "Insert" menupoint to"Picture", then click "From File."

Note If you are the signature design in Word, make sure that the end of each line of text byShift Enter. If you only press the Enter, Outlook signature inserted in the recipient appears to be double-spaced format.

Close the advanced editor, sure to click "Yes" to save your changes.

When you finish editing the new signature, click "OK."
Signature is created, you can insert a signature in the message.
